I know everyone who met you loved you. I was not immune to that. Everyday I live knowing a piece of me is missing. I love you so much there is not enough time nor space to convey that. I am raising our daughter exactly how you had planned. You were the best father, so patient, so kind, so fun and loving. It has nearly been 8 years since we said our goodbye and as I type this tears roll down my face. This website has let some people share experiences that they have had with you. I really appreciate all the input as I intended this to be a place where those who knew you, knew of you or even just wanted to know you, could post those thoughts for Alsatia to have.I miss you more than words can express.Your wife,Keri To everyone who posts here: If you would like to contact me regarding Tony or any stories or wishes you'd like to share with Alsatia or myself please email me at inksfam@pacbell.net  We would love to hear from you all.

How I met Tony Inks:
I knew Tony in high school.  We were best friends.  He taught me on guitar a pink floyd song "is there anybody out there".   It pains me to see him gone at such an early age.  Regards,Gary Jones

Alsatia, You do not know me, but Tony was my Step-Brother. My father and his mother, Sherry ( think that is how she spelled her name) were married for a few years. I knew Tony from about the age of 4 or 5, and I actually came to live with my dad for a one summer. That turned into a year. Tony and I were both 6 at the time, so this was 1974-1975 i think. One thing I remember, is the the amount of trouble Tony and I always seemed to get ourselves into. Jumping of the roof of my dad's house, lighting paper airplanes on fire and flying them in the garage (oh boy!), and we would always be fighting with each other. He used to kick me in the shins with these boots he would wear. My father would set up a timer and let us take turns hitting each other (Isn't that considered child abuse?). We never hit hard though :^) Tony and I were very good friends. More than just step-brothers. More like best buds. One of the best memories I have, was when we would go skate at the Skate Ranch in Santa Ana. I went back to live with my mom when Sherry and my dad split up. Sherry moved into an apartment, and I would go over on the weekends and we'd hang out. Sherry and my mom actually became friends in the end. I moved to Washington state in 1977 (or '78), then to Colorado in 1980. Tony and I lost touch until 1985, when I came out from Colorado to live with my father in Costa Mesa. The first person I asked about when I can back out was Tony. Luckily, my dad was still in touch with him. That's when I found out that Sherry had died of cancer. I was very sad. Tony seamed lonely at the time (he loved his mom very much), but he was VERY happy to see me again. I remember having a blast with Tony at Knotts Berry Farm (February 1985). I went back to Colorado for the Summer, and when I came back out, I think Tony had taken off. Not sure, but I know that we lost touch again. I looked for Tony on occasion, but no luck. I wonder how he ending up in Riverside. Did he have family out there? My Aunt called me today (1/24) and let me know she found this website. I felt the need to come in and express how much I cared for Tony. I am very saddened that I did not know Tony as an Adult. I am sure that we would still have been very close friends. I love you Tony! And I miss you very much. You were taken from us way too young. your brother, Jamie
